Sweet and spicy spaghetti squash

I'm back with a spicy sweet spaghetti squash! I love spice, some might say I'm addicted, but I think this recipe enhances the texture and inherent flavor of the squash. Its super fast to make and lets you enjoy a drink while the oven does all the work for you. Enjoy this summer recipe with any main dish.

Ingredients:
  • 1 squash
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons tabasco
  • 2 teaspoon cayanne
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper


How-To:

  1. Rinse squash, cut in half and remove seeds.
  2. Mix all the spices with the oil. 
  3. Brush liberally over both halves of the squash.
  4. Cook in the oven at 175 celsius for about 40 minutes till carmelized on top and soft.
  5. Serve with any main you want.
