Honey yogurt quick bread
Hey Whiskers!
So summer gives me a lot of time to experiment and try new recipes, with lots of recipe testers home. I have wanted to get more into the breads, be it quick breads that don't require time to rise, like this delicious bread. It took me a mere 10 minutes to get all the ingredients mixed and ready for the pan. Now I poured all the dough into one pyrex loaf pan-it took a very long time to cook.( Our sense of time may have been skewed due to the fact it was before a fast and we really wanted to eat it.) I would recommend either splitting the dough or preparing to wait a while. Our whole family really enjoyed this recipe plain or adding butter or honey to the delicious warm bread. Give it a go and let me know what you think
Until next time keep whisking up happiness to those around you
Sam
