Fresh Broccoli and Craisin Salad

Hey whiskers,
So a lot has been going on this past week I've been out of commission for a while due to some medical issues, ImbuI'mtrying to keep up the flow of recipes. So on to this delicious fresh crunchy and filling broccoli salad. Now I love broccoli maybe because it reminds me of growing up eating broccoli microwaved with cheddar cheese on top. This salad has a lot of mayonnaise, now I used mayo the time I made it as I was serving it with a meat main course and couldn't use any dairy of any kind. I'm sure you could split it with greek yogurt and sour cream for it to be a bit more healthy. This salad is delicious, fresh, crisp. and goes great with meat and really awesome on its own. There were leftovers that I ate during the week, I added some chicken breast and it was amazing. Give it a go share with friends and let me know what you think. Until next time keep whisking up happiness to those around you.
