Sauteed Green Beans
Hey Whiskers,
Long time no speak! I've been trying to come back to cooking at a slower pace, to come at it from a healthy place. I made these green beans when I was asked to bring a side dish to dinner, and the host wanted a healthier side. Mustard is one of my favorite seasonings, I love the depth and different angles there are to a bite of the dish. I chose to use green onions as we have a bunch in our fridge right now, feel free to use a regular onion with a bit of garlic. That is all the dish takes under 20 minutes to make start to finish and uses one cutting board, bowl, and pot. This side dish is great with any type of protein at any meal.
Till next time, keep whisking up love and happiness to those around
Sam
