Morrocan style Trout with apricots

Hey Whiskers!
Hows it going? Its been quite crazy in my life but I still love sharing delicious homemade meals. I went on quite a fresh fish binge, when I found that my grocery store of choice has fresh fish-mostly daily (israeli style). I liked using bold strong flavors as I found the trout can handle them just fine. Its a great weeknight dinner. Until next time keep whisking up love and happiness
