Lemon Tuna Spaghettini

Hey Whiskers!!
I made this dish up on the spot with what we had in the pantry, while keeping it summer welcome. I find that tuna from a can,is a great source of protien and this dish gives it all the jazz hands of flavor without being complicated. I also like fast dinners and I made this in just under 40 minutes and thats in my wheelchair and moving around an inaccessible kitchen. You can add more spices if you like, I loved the simplicity in the lemon that cut through the tuna.  Its a perfect Meatless Monday dish, but at any time or place. Till next time, keep hydrated while sharing love and happiness to those around you
