Kale and Red Quinoa Salad
Hey Whiskers,
During these summer months I try to eat less meat, it doesn't always work out but when I find a delicious and nutritious vegetarian salad I go for it. Even better my siblings who aren't big fans of greens absolutely loved this salad and finished it. Its an easy prep salad which is great for the summer when you really don't want to spend hours in the hot kitchen. You can add another protein to the salad, or on the side but I found this salad was satiating on its own. Give it a go, share with friends and loved ones and keep healthy and hydrated these summer months,Till next time.
